Who we are
ForgeDrop AI ("ForgeDrop", "we", "us") is operated by [Legal company name], registration number [number], VAT number [number, if any], registered address [street, city, postcode], Latvia. Email: ForgeDropAI@gmail.com. ForgeDrop was previously known as SiteDrop AI.
Terms of Service
1. The service
ForgeDrop helps you find local businesses that list no website on Google Maps, create draft websites for them, and prepare messages you can send yourself. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you use ForgeDrop for a company, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business may hold one free account. Creating extra accounts to get more free sites is not allowed and we may close such accounts.
3. Free sites, plans and credits
- Every new member gets 1 free site build, once per person and email address. No payment card is needed.
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD; VAT or other taxes may be added depending on your location.
- There is no free trial. Plans are paid in advance from the day you subscribe; the free site lets you try ForgeDrop without paying.
- Plan credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. Credits bought in the Shop do not expire while your account exists. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- You can change plan or cancel anytime in Dashboard > Billing > Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Business data and acceptable use
Business information comes from Google Maps through the Google Places API and is subject to Google's terms. You may use it only to identify and contact businesses about your own services. You must not resell or bulk-export it, use it for spam, or use ForgeDrop to break any law, including data protection, e-privacy and anti-spam rules. ForgeDrop never sends messages for you: you decide whether and how to contact anyone, and you are responsible for that contact. Respect every opt-out immediately.
5. Your content and draft sites
You keep the rights to content you add. You give us a licence to host and display it to provide the service. Draft sites use public business details and must not mislead anyone into thinking a business already approved them. Remove a draft promptly if a business asks you to. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.
6. Services from the Shop
Custom domain setup, logo design and priority support are delivered by us after purchase. We contact you within 1 business day to start.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep ForgeDrop available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of price increases or material changes to these Terms that affect paid plans.
8. Liability
ForgeDrop is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will win clients or earn any amount; the earnings calculator is an illustration only. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account anytime in Dashboard > Account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of the country where they live and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Privacy Policy
We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is the company named in "Who we are" above.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Business data from Google Maps
Search results contain business information published on Google Maps (name, address, business phone, rating, opening hours). Some sole traders' business details can be personal data. We process it on the basis of legitimate interest to show it to members looking for clients. When you save a lead, you become the controller of that data for your own outreach. If a business asks us to remove its details, email us and we will act promptly.
Processors we use
- Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, server functions; data stored in the EU region [e.g. europe-west1, Belgium])
- Google Maps Platform (business search)
- Stripe (payments, invoices, billing portal)
- Anthropic (optional AI copywriting, only business details are sent, if enabled)
Some providers may transfer data outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Account data: while your account exists. Deleted accounts are removed immediately from our live database. Billing records: as long as accounting law requires (generally 5 years in Latvia). IP hashes for rate limits: 2 days. Cached search results: up to 12 hours.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can delete your account yourself in Dashboard > Account. Email ForgeDropAI@gmail.com for anything else; we reply within one month. You may complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv) or your local authority.
Refund Policy
- Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it or we made a billing error.
- Forgot to cancel? If you email us within 7 days of a renewal charge and haven't used any of that period's credits, we'll refund it.
- Credit packs and template pack: refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits were used or the templates were not used to build a site.
- Services (domain setup, logo, priority support): refundable in full until we start the work.
- EU consumers' right of withdrawal: if you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content and services that start straight away (such as credits or a plan), you ask us to start immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal ends once the content has been delivered or the service fully performed; for a partly performed service you pay only for what was provided.
To request a refund, email ForgeDropAI@gmail.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
